Position Summary: The position requires the ability to analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in data analytics with strong mathematical or statistical aptitude.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Collect financial data from subsidiaries or the system.
2. Prepare the data properly and report to the Head of Department (HOD).
3. Identify potential financial risks and suggest possible solutions.
4. Respond to ad hoc requests from the MENA office or Suwon Office.
5. Work closely with related departments such as Innovation, Marketing, and each product team.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English and Korean.
2. Professional knowledge in Financial and Management Accounting.
3. Problem-solving skills: ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, with strong mathematical abilities.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
5. At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Department.
6. Excellent communication skills, especially in written and spoken English.
7. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Accounting ERP systems.
8. Commitment to quality: seeking ways to improve and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
9. Good judgment: willing to make decisions, exhibiting sound and timely judgment.
