Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions across the UAE.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking-related communications, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Negotiate favorable terms with banks for various financial services including loans, overdrafts, and credit facilities.
Identify and secure suitable loan options and credit facilities from banks in line with the organization's financial needs and strategy.
Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring compliance with banking requirements.
Monitor the status of loans, credit lines, and other banking facilities, ensuring timely renewals and payments.
Manage and oversee the organization's online banking operations, ensuring seamless execution of transfers, payments, and other financial transactions.
Stay updated on UAE banking laws, financial regulations, and legal requirements.
Ensure that all banking agreements, loans, and financial transactions comply with relevant UAE laws and the organization's policies.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to review contracts and legal documentation related to banking activities.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a CA/ACCA (Preferable).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE banking system, loan products, and financial services.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with banks and financial institutions.
Proficiency in UAE's online banking systems and processes.
Solid understanding of UAE's financial laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of financial products, loan arrangements, and banking operations in the UAE.
