Are you a finance professional with solid experience in the UAE real estate development sector?

We are a dynamic, growth-focused real estate developer headquartered in Abu Dhabi, seeking two exceptional Assistant Managers to join our expanding finance team:

1. Assistant Manager – Treasury

As a key part of our finance function, you will:

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and loan portfolios
• Oversee banking relationships and financial risk
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and financial instruments
• Support treasury reporting and forecasting

You’ll need:

• 4+ years’ experience, with at least 2 in a similar treasury role
• Background in real estate or financial institutions in the UAE
• Solid understanding of cash flow, FX, and treasury accounting
• Strong ERP and Excel skills

2. Assistant Manager – Budget & Control

This role supports business-critical planning and control activities:

• Build and manage budgets, business plans, and forecasts
• Analyze variances and provide financial insights to leadership
• Maintain and improve budgetary control systems and reporting
• Contribute to long-term strategic financial planning

You’ll need:

• 4–6 years of experience in finance, with 3+ in FP&A or budget control
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in UAE real estate, construction, or development
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
