· Active engagement with brokers/direct clients/in house sales including visits to better understand their needs and provide solutions.
· Underwrite the risk using the experience and knowledge within company guidelines and treaty to achieve the targets.
· Manage and develop book of accounts proactively identifying opportunities for growth thereby a profitable portfolio is created.
· Co-ordination with all the internal stakeholders.
· Deliver company’s KPI for growth and profitability.
· Engagements with Reinsurers and local insurers for placement of risks.
