Job Description

The Assistant Manager F&B Marketing supports the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage outlets within a hospitality or retail group. This role involves managing promotional campaigns, digital marketing, brand positioning, and event planning to increase footfall, brand visibility, and revenue. Working closely with the culinary, operations, and creative teams, the assistant manager ensures all marketing efforts align with brand identity and consumer preferences in the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies for multiple F&B outlets and dining concepts.
  2. Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for branding, content creation, and advertising material.
  3. Managing social media channels, influencer partnerships, and content calendars to enhance digital engagement.
  4. Supporting the planning and promotion of seasonal events, launches, and campaigns to attract diverse customer segments.
  5. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new promotional opportunities.
  6. Assisting with the development of loyalty programs, menu promotions, and cross-brand collaborations.
  7. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing marketing performance reports.
  8. Ensuring consistency in visual and verbal brand communication across all platforms and touchpoints.
  9. Working with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  10. Ensuring all marketing activities comply with UAE consumer protection and advertising regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector in the UAE.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and performance tracking.
  4. Experience in managing social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
  5. Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design platforms is an advantage.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
  8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Understanding of the UAE F&B market and consumer behavior.
