You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
To meet and exceed events and sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximize the hotel’s revenues and profits across all revenue streams specifically rooms, food & beverage, and events operating departments.
To plan, organize and deliver outstanding proposals that win events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role.
Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
