Job Description

• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to prepare detailed cost estimates & BOQ.
• Analyse materials, labour, equipment, and time requirements to determine project costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and construction teams to gather pricing and technical inputs.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing information.
• Support tendering processes by preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Assist in value engineering exercises to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and opportunities in estimation and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preparation of Monthly payment application and submit tax invoices based on completed work, contracts, or purchase orders.
• To formally request materials, equipment, or services from/to internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E (Civil/Mechanical)
• 10-15 years
• Proficient in estimation and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
