Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain the digital transformation strategy and support the digital transformation design and implementation across company and its entities

• Support the development and implementation of digital transformation solutions for internal and external clients across company and its entities

• Oversee the liaison between the product/solution delivery team and all end user stakeholders to ensure resolution and close-out of all business process issues

• Drive the automated business process management framework and improvement efforts cross-functionally across the enterprise, to increase growth potential and improve all business processes

• Support integration of digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technological capabilities across the various systems and processes at company and its entities towards building a digital customer experience

• Ensure the provision of digital innovation support for internal and external clients across the company and its entities and during IT projects

• Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for stakeholders or for improving business processes

• Supervise the business analysis of current products and solutions and their effectiveness, value and return on investment

• Budget management

Qualifications:

Master’s and Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

At least 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation or related work experience
