We are looking for Assistant Managers - Digital Marketing(1-Year Contract) who will be responsible to develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention through non-paid marketing channels like SEO, Local maps optimization, social signals, content optimization towards search, and cross-channel owned/earned and paid channels balance. Focuses on leveraging organic methods to build a brand's online presence and drive business growth for online eCommerce and Offline stores without relying solely on paid advertising. Incorporates practical, data-driven, and innovative search engine optimization initiatives to boost performance of organic search, including managing marketing technology tools and platforms related.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and optimized content aligned with business goals.
- Partner with product and UX teams to identify and implement features that enhance user acquisition and retention organically.
- Monitor performance metrics on analytics tools, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Optimize the online listings and social media presence to foster brand recognition.
- Work closely with internal and external partners for content, product, customer service, and design teams to align organic growth initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support the digital functions to operates seamlessly by sharing knowledge and contribute in performance marketing, digital media, marketing technology and digital communication activities when is relevant or needed.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and optimize content accordingly.
- Implement SEO best practices across website content, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Assist in performing regular technical audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO guidelines are followed in blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into all digital initiatives.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- An ideal candidate should hold 5-8 years job related experience.
- SEO/Digital media Agency experience is a must.
- Retail/eCommerce experience is preferred.
