Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop reliable demand forecasts from historical data and market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management to build a comprehensive demand plan.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to balance demand with supply capacity and optimize inventory.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand using historical data, market trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate demand plans.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align forecasts with capacity and inventory goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Analyze demand data and sales figures to identify trends and risks to forecast accuracy.
• Develop contingency plans to handle volatility and new product introductions.
• Track KPIs and report forecast accuracy and stock aging to management.
