Position Title: Assistant Manager - Customer Service Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A top-tier hospitality & leisure group known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service. Job Description: -Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards through effective processes and documentation. -Ensure customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company standards. -Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, First Response Time, First Contact Resolution, and NPS and generate and analyze reports to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities. -Conduct coaching sessions to improve communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

-Open to Filipino nationals, from 40 years and below and must be fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). -At least 3 years of customer service experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role. -Proficiency with customer service tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesforce) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, SharePoint).
