Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies. You will manage tendering, procurement, contract administration, and bid evaluations, and control project costs through design and construction.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field, 3–5+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, procurement, and construction law.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, procurement, and construction law.
• Experience with Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, risk management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
