Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) seeks an Assistant Manager - Community Management to oversee client relations, operations, and governance of residential communities in Dubai. The role involves liaising with owners, tenants, and authorities to uphold rules, budgets, and service standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business administration, 5–7 years in community or property management, and strong MS Office, data handling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in community/property management or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data management and reporting.
• Understanding of SLAs and basic financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Represent owners and tenants in meetings, ensuring inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
• Educate owners and tenants on Dubai Holding Community Management rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with local authorities and OC management per RERA requirements; handle violation processes.
• Assist in budgeting and service-charge collection, coordinating with stakeholders and service providers.
