Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the GM in developing and executing commercial strategies for the Middle East region
  • Support preparation of pre-qualification, tenders, proposals, and pricing in line with company standards and client requirements
  • Manage contract administration, including reviewing terms, coordinating with legal and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor ongoing contracts for performance, variations, and commercial risks, escalating issues as required
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure effective handover of contracts and smooth execution of projects
  • Assist GM to prepare management reports, forecasts, and commercial performance analyses
  • Adhere to company HSQE policies and practices
Joint Accountabilities
  • Work closely with the GM to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Ensure commercial compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Promote continuous improvement in commercial processes, risk management, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the success of cross-functional teams in tendering, mobilization, and project deliver
  • Collaborate with Finance Department on timely invoicing and prompt follow-up on payments
