We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager - Cash Operations tojoin our Cash Operations team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope:

The Assistant Manager-Cash Operations is responsible to support the Manager-Cash Operations-Dubai and Northern Emirates, with the management, smooth running, and control of Cash operations in Dubai and Northern Emirates, assisting with the planning and organization of all operational and administrative functions of Cash Operations, Dubai, and Northern Emirates, aligned with timely, safe, and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of processes and procedure improvement to increase route efficiency and productivity in operation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operation costs.
  • Collect and analyze data related to operations performance, identifying trends, and generating reports to support decision-making.
  • Support the Operations Manager-Cash Operations-Dubai and Northern Emirates in planning and monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effective operation.

Customer

  • Address customer inquiries or concerns related to operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internally with sub business units (Security, Cash Management Center, Command Center, Customer Services, Fleet and Technical Operations) as well as other business units for workflow consultations and effective issue resolution.
  • Attend customer meetings as per invite and whenever instructed by the Operations Manager-Cash Operations -Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Lead the takeover of new and organic growth business as per agreement and set targets.

Process

  • Assist the Operations Manager-Cash Operations-Dubai and Northern Emirates with the planning and execution of all day-to-day Cash Operations in Dubai and Northern Emirates, including administration and MIS reporting in adherence to laid down security and safety procedures. Deputize in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Lead staff training and development sessions to enhance staff skills. Motivate the staff to improve performance and enforce staff discipline, adherence to SOP, company policy, applicable security legislation and safety standards.
  • Plan and coordinate all Geographical routes and services to ensure customer SLA achievement. Plan and optimize the routes to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure 900 + staff day off, Annual Leave planning, rostering, and availability for daily Operations.
  • Support the Operations Manager Cash Operations -Dubai and Northern Emirates to manage 200+ Armor Van teams performing 6300+ daily services.
  • Manage all back office and field activities as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Continue improvement by regularly checking operational processes and seeking opportunity for optimization / operational efficiencies.
  • Explore and adopt employee-centered workplace technology to enhance overall work experience and boost productivity.
  • Encourage staff to identify inefficiencies and processes for solution improvement.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork adopting innovative strategies in day-to-day operations.
  • Initiate new guidelines/processes/changes to improve operations and perform any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager-Cash Operations-Dubai and Northern Emirates.
Skills
  • 7 Years experience in Security industry, Military, or Police
  • 5 Years relevant industry experience in the UAE
  • Cash in transit Operational and ATMs technical knowledge

  • Valid UAE driving license
