Responsibilities

• Maximise operation competitiveness by comprehensively analysing changes in internal and external management environment and IT technology, and establishing process operation strategy.
• Improve the efficiency of operation by designing and constructing operation process and system in response to changes in business structure.
• Identify the operational issues of business divisions and related subsidiaries and make fundamental improvements to contribute to business including revenue and profit generation.
• Process planning: Participate in upgrading the business process upgrade strategy and analyse current operational data.
• Process Management: Participate in process design and conduct improvement of the current process to optimise the entire supply chain between demand and supply and to enhance competitiveness of unit process.
• System design and management: Develop management infrastructure system design and its improvement in accordance with the related process operation standards.
• Development of Innovation Methodology: Develop a new innovation theme and implementation methodology and apply them in actual businesses.
• Operation Performance Management: Develop process performance indicators and analyse operational level by monitoring abnormal situations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialised areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysing data requires evaluating identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
