3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed financial models and feasibility studies for BTS proposals and assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and evaluation of investment returns (IRR, ROI, etc.).
- Prepare and evaluate commercial proposals, lease structures, and investment returns for BTS projects. Assess CAPEX and OPEX impacts; oversee cost benchmarking and coordinate with finance and business teams to structure financially sustainable BTS and other development projects & deals.
- Support technical assessment and coordination of BTS projects, including site due diligence and collaboration with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Assist in negotiations on contracts, including lease terms, project scope, and timelines, collaborating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and project feasibility.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication among internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with design, project management, legal, finance, and business development teams.
- Prepare project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials to keep stakeholders informed. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for balancing multiple tasks and maintaining clarity and alignment.
- Support business development and sales by contributing to client engagement and deal structuring, including preparing customized BTS proposals and presentations.
- Assist in managing the PMO function, implementing best practices, processes, and frameworks to support project management activities.
- Oversee the portfolio of existing and new projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, reviewing documentation, analyzing financial data, and creating reports for management and stakeholders.
