About You

As an Assistant Manager of Banqueting, you will support the Banqueting Manager in supervising the floor function by assisting the kitchen and leading the service team in accomplishing events based on the customers requirements and our service standards. You will ensure that all banquet details, including decorations, layout, cleanliness and services are properly set up and follow our standards, policies and procedures. In return, we will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.

About The Role

Ideally, we'd like you to have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field. A solid understanding of business acumen and potential revenue generation is essential in this role.
