Role and Responsibilities

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager for our Finance Team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with rules and processes to maximize financial health. Your duties will include cross-checking and inspecting outstanding receivables, conducting prompt follow-ups to receive due payments, supporting export processes by providing accurate documents quickly, and meeting information and documentation requirements. Additionally, you will help prevent customs clearance delays or risks through pre-checks and post-management of import/export documentation.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including account master management, credit checks, and security management, following established procedures.
  • Clear accounts receivable through matching incoming payments, posting down payments, and AR/AP offsetting.
  • Handle import/export documentation, understand requirements and procedures, and support invoicing and documentation for sales.
  • Manage Letter of Credit processes, including document preparation and payment collection from banks.

What You’ll Need

  • 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, including AR collection via direct remittance and trade instruments like Letters of Credit and Stand-by LCs, with monthly and quarterly reconciliation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in preparing AR aging reports and analyzing billing reports.
  • Experience handling export documentation independently, particularly for GCC countries.
