Job Description
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and business units to identify marketing support needs to enhance business performance.
- Coordinate with marcomm & media buying agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
- Assist in preparing various marketing materials for brands and businesses.
- Create original and engaging content that resonates with the target audience, aligns with the brand's voice and values, and promotes brand awareness.
- Work with in-house and external creative/media teams to develop compelling advertising messages and visuals.
- Provide clear and concise creative briefs to ensure advertising materials align with brand identity and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Define project goals and communication objectives to facilitate efficient creative workflows.
- Oversee advertisement production, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand identity across channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a key contact for understanding marketing needs and providing campaign updates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to develop and implement CRM strategies using data analytics.
- Identify partnership opportunities with malls, associations, and communities to boost store visibility.
- Explore innovative ways to increase traffic to e-commerce sites.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Graphic Design teams to support e-commerce and store promotions.
- Monitor and update all digital content related to Rivoli Group concepts across platforms, including external mall websites.
- Conduct quarterly digital health checks and internal audits of social media and online channels.
- Perform any additional duties as required by the manager.
Profile
- Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant fields.
- Stay current with marketing trends and updates.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creative content writing.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in creative content writing.
- Preferably from retail or advertising agency backgrounds serving luxury and fashion brands.
- Must be a team player and lateral thinker.
- Proven marketing experience with 3-5 years in the GCC region.
