Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Partnerships & Marketing Manager to support the growth of the WebOS platform, a leading TV content platform, in the Middle East and Africa region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the media, content, and OTT platform ecosystem, and a keen interest in partnership development and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Support

•Assist in identifying and evaluating potential content and advertising partners across the region

•Support relationship-building efforts with OTT platforms, media companies, and FAST channel providers

•Collaborate with internal teams/regionalentities to coordinate partnership activities and documentation

Marketing Assistance

•Contribute to the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns

•Track and analyze campaign performance data to support optimization efforts

•Help localize business and marketing strategies for the MEA audience and each regional entities

Advertising Business Support

•Aid in managing the webOS ad sales business by supporting agency and reseller outreach

•Maintain understanding of ad business workflows and assist in reporting and coordination tasks

Research & Reporting

•Monitor market trends and competitors within the OTT and digital media space

•Compile data and insights to support internal presentations and decision-making

Qualification

•4+ years in WebOS, Media, OTT platforms, or digital content industries

•Fluent in Arabic and English

•Basic understanding of how digital ad sales and platforms operate

Experience: More than 4+ years

Language: English, Arabic (Arabic is mandatory)
