We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Lounge Manager to join our award-winning Daylife destination, Azure Beach Club. Located in the heart of Dubai within the bustling JBR area, Azure redefines the essence of seaside living, offering a captivating beach and poolside escape that seamlessly blends elegance with relaxation. The Assistant Lounge Manager is responsible for providing assistance to the Lounge Manager to ensure customer satisfaction that the Lounge provides all necessary services to the leisure and anticipating and meeting guests’ needs and requests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lounge Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
  • Ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences at all times.
  • Manage reservations, guest flow, and table allocations efficiently.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating lounge staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and safety standards in all lounge areas.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock control.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a high-end lounge, beach club, or hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Russian, Spanish and Greek will be highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for hospitality with a guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software is a plus.
