Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, handover legal requirements, and sales and purchase agreements (SPA).
Land registrations, Project Registrations, Unit Registrations, Escrow Account formalities, Oqood registrations, Title Deeds, DSR formalities and related procedure – ensuring the same for existing as well as new projects of the company.
Cancellations (Forced & Mutual both) through legal notices, follow-ups, Dubai Land Department and if required through Real Estate Court in Dubai.
Consolidations, Settlements and refunds related to the clientele of existing & old Projects undertaken by the company.
To supervise the transfer of titles in case of Company property / outside property through brokerage and ensure that the Brokerage rules and regulations are followed.
Make and update the standard agreements according to the changing laws. Example Client Reservation forms, Sales and purchase agreements, share purchases, Broker, Brokerage MOUs etc.
Involve actively in guidance and implementation of Rental regulations, Rental disputes and tenancy contracts.
Review the contracts with Contractor/s, Consultant/s, Project Manager/s, Supplier/s, Subcontractor/s, Designer/s and Architect/s according to the construction laws and regulations and ensure that the benefit and rights of the company is fully reserved and secured.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in real estate law in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and the legal framework.
Experience in handling property transactions, leasing agreements, and real estate disputes.
