Job summary

TA’ZIZ is seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel, Ethics and Compliance to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the company’s ethics and compliance programs under the direction of the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel.

The role includes legal research, review of documents, and coordination of investigations, with support for anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and other ethical matters across the organization. Collaboration with ADNOC Ethics & Compliance is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
• 4 years’ experience of transactional work in international law firm or in-house legal dept.
• 2 years’ experience in ethics and compliance programs development/management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic fluency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining ethics and compliance programs.
• Provide legal advice, transactional support, and support for claims as needed.
• Review confidentiality agreements, MOUs, and resolutions.
• Coordinate third-party screening with ADNOC Ethics & Compliance.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for compliance violations.
