Maintain training programs that meet safety, legal, and company standards, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all.
Keep records and provide regular reports to show the impact of training on employee performance and guest satisfaction.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on training program design and delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both staff and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness, especially in terms of guest service outcomes.
