Responsibilities

• Oversee laundry department operations to ensure excellent Guest and Team Member experience.
• Manage financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely pickup, cleaning, and delivery of hotel linen and guest clothing.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene care and presentation in line with Forbes standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure they are operating at acceptable levels.
• Train the team on safety and security-related training.
