Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for young guests while leading the team.

You will plan activities, supervise staff, ensure safety procedures, and build strong relationships with families, delivering memorable experiences that align with Mövenpick’s service standards. This is a full-time on-site role at a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Kids Club operations and ensure smooth service.

• Plan and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.

As an Assistant Kids Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young guests. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional activities and experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
