Apt Resources is proud to partner with a leading Fruits & Vegetable Distribution Company recognized for its commitment to delivering high-quality fresh produce to customers in UAE. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our client's growing team. As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will assist in identifying sales opportunities, preparing client presentations, and ensuring timely product delivery. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, monitor account performance, and help resolve any client issues. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as managing client records, scheduling meetings, and supporting contract renewals.

Responsibilities / Basic Job Profile
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  3. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align business goals.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  6. Collection Responsibilities: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  7. Product Availability Management: Coordinate with supply teams to ensure product availability for customers.
  8. Customer Visits and Coordination: Visit clients and coordinate orders to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Contract Negotiation and Fulfillment: Negotiate contracts and ensure fulfillment of terms.
  10. Client Retention and Communication: Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years minimum experience as an Assistant Key Account Manager, preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Currently residing in UAE.
