An Assistant Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Banquet Manager, you will oversee the setup and cleanup of food and beverages during banquet functions, aiming to deliver excellent service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising food and beverage service to ensure quality
  • Planning, organizing, and executing banquet events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and receptions
  • Greeting clients and guests, responding to their requests promptly and courteously
  • Leading department meetings
  • Processing banquet checks accurately
