The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by evaluating human resources policies, programs, reporting & practices.
Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management
- Gather data from HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR dashboards.
- Prepare the annual manpower budget for the Human Resources department by studying requirements and expenses
Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Analyze workforce trends such as turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and diversity.
- Identify patterns and root causes for HR-related issues.
- Provide actionable insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Analyze data from employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Reporting and Dashboards
- Develop regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring trends).
- Create executive dashboards using tools like Power BI, or Excel.
- Present insights in a clear, visual, and business-friendly manner.
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes using data.
- Suggest automation or digitization opportunities.
- Monitor the impact of HR interventions over time.
Incentive Analysis and Optimization
Design and evaluate incentive programs for both store-level and corporate office employees.
- Compare incentive outcomes across regions, departments, and roles.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize incentive payouts, ensuring they motivate the right behaviors while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the ROI of incentive schemes, identifying trends, outliers, and potential risks (e.g., overpayment, inconsistent criteria).
- Partner with finance, operations, and compensation teams to align incentive plans with key business metrics (sales targets, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, etc.).
Technology and Tool Proficiency
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and HR tech platforms.
- Ensure integration between systems for seamless data flow.
Financial
- Prepare the annual manpower budget for the Human Resources department by studying requirements and expenses
- Ensure return on investments in every area of Human Resources departments
- Be on top of HR operations budget utilization resulting in yearly savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
