Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team and help us strengthen our people operations — especially in the areas of blue-collar workforce management, performance, and culture.
Talent Acquisition & Internal Career Development
- Lead recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles, ensuring the right fit at every level. For both new and replacement positions.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives,
- Onboarding and Induction for all new joiners
- Build and manage talent pipelines, supporting career pathing and internal promotions
Performance Management & Cultural Alignment
- Manage the end-to-end performance review process, including KPI tracking, feedback mechanisms, and development plans
- Support the design and implementation of structured career progression models
- Lead culture-building initiatives to align teams with organizational values
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and objectivity
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and line managers on people-related matters
4. HR Operations & Data Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS inputs
- Generate and interpret HR data to support business decisions and reporting
5. Psychometric Testing & Talent Insights
- Incorporate psychometric assessments into the hiring, promotion, and development processes
- Analyze cognitive, behavioral, and personality profiles to support talent decisions
- Ensure the integration of behavioral insights into interviews, onboarding, and succession planning
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of HR experience, in the FMCG, e-commerce, or large-scale operational sectors
- Strong experience in blue-collar workforce management is essential
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and employee relations practices
- Experience with psychometric tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
