Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and visa processing
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS, and Emiratisation policies
  • Coordinate cross-functional operations with HR, Admin, Facilities, and Finance
  • Manage contracts, employee relations, and performance support
  • Support budgeting, vendor management, and administrative cost control
  • Facilitate smooth execution of internal meetings, documentation, and interdepartmental reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR/Admin experience, ideally in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and payroll systems
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination and managing office operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
