We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher (Pastoral & Culture) to lead our passionate team of educators in LKS2. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Associate Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the quality assurance of the curriculum, data, and assessment.
  2. Ensuring the quality of provision for the curriculum, data, and assessment.
  3. Managing these areas across the school to ensure consistency and impact.
  4. Monitoring and tracking the curriculum and assessment across the school.
  5. Planning and delivering CPD to staff in these areas.
  6. Forming working groups to analyze processes and consider new initiatives.
  7. Leading in these areas both within the school and in external meetings/organizations.
  8. Developing and delivering parental engagement strategies with key stakeholders.
  9. Supporting self-evaluation and school improvement processes in your key area.
  10. Participating in all WGP events as a member of the Leadership Team.
