We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Assistant Guest Relations Manager (Turkish Speaker) to join our luxury hotel in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences managing guest inquiries and overseeing the guest relations team to maintain our high standards of service excellence.

  • Assist the Guest Relations Manager in daily operations and team management
  • Handle VIP guest arrivals stays and departures ensuring personalized service
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain satisfaction
  • Train and mentor guest relations staff to uphold service standards
  • Manage guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights
  • Oversee loyalty programs and guest retention initiatives
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
  • Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations and standards

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in guest relations or customer service in a luxury hotel setting
  • Fluency in Turkish and English both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to diverse international clientele
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional language skills particularly Arabic
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and regulations
  • Certifications in hospitality management (e.g. Certified Guest Service Professional)
