What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Guest Relations Manager, you will manage the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Meet, greet, and direct Guests entering the lobby
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests, ensuring hotel departments are briefed on their requirements
  • Regularly seek and respond to Guest feedback and queries promptly
  • Assist long-stay Guests (14 days or more) to feel comfortable and well-informed
  • Manage, record, and resolve Guest complaints efficiently
  • Maintain high customer service standards in Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge
  • Understand hotel facilities and promote up-selling opportunities
  • Enhance lobby/reception decor seasonally to improve ambiance
  • Coordinate with the Executive Lounge Manager to reward loyal Guests appropriately
  • Foster good communication across hotel departments
  • Maintain staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Attend relevant meetings and comply with safety regulations
  • Operate front of house equipment and systems per policies
  • Support other departments as needed
