We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Groups and MICE Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for driving group and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new group and MICE business opportunities in the local and international markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote group and MICE offerings
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or MICE sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
