Job summary

Dubai Aviation Organisation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel - Finance & Commercial to lead aircraft financing, leasing, and acquisition transactions while advising on regulatory and commercial risk.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across the business, drafts complex agreements, and drives matters from inception to completion. A common law qualified lawyer with aviation finance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer (common law qualified preferred).
• Strong experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, or asset finance.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation capability.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously and own complex transactions.

This is a unique opportunity for an aviation finance lawyer to join a growing international airline and play a key role in aircraft acquisitions, financing, refinancing, leasing transactions, and strategic commercial matters.
