Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a strategic Corporate/Commercial Counsel to support the company’s expansion and healthcare pricing transparency initiatives. You will partner across departments to guide transactional work, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and build scalable legal infrastructure to enable rapid growth.

You will ensure regulatory compliance as the company scales, interface with outside counsel, and monitor developments in healthcare and AI.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US state.
• 4–7 years of transactional legal experience focusing on commercial contracts.
• Proactive and adaptable problem-solver with clear communication in fast-paced environments.
