ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - DUBAI

Our lient, an international hospitality group is looking to add an Assistant Front Office Manager to their team.The Assistant Front Office Manager willoversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.This position demands excellent organisational and leadership skills, as well as exceptional communication abilities to liaise with other departments and ensure the smooth running of the hotel.We are looking for someone with high energy and a great personality!

Roles included but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the front desk.
  • Managing and training front desk staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel.
  • Ensuring guests receive excellent service, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Overseeing the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments, potentially including rate management and inventory control.
  • Managing inventory related to front desk operations.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Ad hoc duties requested by the Front Office Manager

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in front desk management or a related role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

Salary package: AED8000pm + flights, accommodation and transport
