Hilton in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to help oversee daily front office operations, deliver warm hospitality, and ensure seamless check-in and guest interactions across a luxury property.

The role requires strong leadership, 2–4 years FO experience with 1–2 in supervision, a background in luxury brands, and fluency in English. You will coach the team, monitor guest satisfaction, and support revenue initiatives while maintaining Hilton service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of Front Office experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in a luxury international hotel brand is required.
  • Forbes Travel Guide experience or exposure to Forbes service standards is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Front Office operations, guest relations, and luxury guest service standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Front Office team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and deliver exceptional service recovery.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
