• 5 years of experience in beauty or retail buying.
• Exposure to multi-brand and omni-channel retail.
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in buying budgets and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic category and brand management to drive growth and profitability.
• End-to-end product lifecycle leadership from concept to in-store launch.
• Vendor negotiations on pricing, terms, promotions, and CVM initiatives.
• Open-to-Buy planning, assortment, and inventory health management.
• Cross-functional governance with Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor performance, adjust plans, and report KPIs to leadership.
