Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

  1. Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
  2. Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
  3. Managing food and beverage standards to uphold our responsible business practices
  4. Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets and drive revenue
  5. Overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities, as well as managing a team of managers and supervisors
What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including management experience
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a valuable asset
  • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local authorities
