Job Description

You will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in leading the Food & Beverage team across all aspects, including business planning, organization, operations, and administration. Your responsibilities include achieving the highest customer satisfaction, maintaining brand and quality standards, and introducing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offerings. You will manage departmental finances to meet budgeted revenues, profits, and costs while ensuring food and beverage quality. Additionally, you will oversee team member performance and development, elevating staff from good to great, and achieving targeted team satisfaction levels. Collaboration with sales & catering, marketing, and banquet teams will be essential to maximize business results.

Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • 3+ years in a managerial role within a luxury international hotel brand
  • Advanced diplomas or certifications in F&B operations, wine, spirits, or service excellence
  • Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Experience leading diverse teams and managing multiple outlets
  • Skills in training, motivating, and retaining talent
  • Ability to foster a culture of excellence, elegance, and personalization
  • Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations, familiarity with luxury branding, guest engagement strategies, and dining trends
  • Capability to curate memorable dining experiences and manage VIP requests discreetly
