Job summary

Client of Gulf Workforce in Dubai seeks an accounting professional with 2–4 years' experience in Finance and Accounting. Construction and Real Estate sector familiarity is mandatory to understand project accounting and revenue recognition.

You will lead daily finance operations, oversee accounting teams, and ensure robust internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Construction and Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience managing accounting teams and daily finance operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
