Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and processes, analytics, and master data (Client and Vendor) management for our regional finance shared services. This regional role is responsible for managing the master data across MENAT region. The ideal candidate should have at least 4–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong command of SAP, Excel, Power BI, and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor and client master data, from onboarding to exit, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all systems
• Book closing and MIS
• Perform quantitative and financial analysis for finance shared services
• Drive finance business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee and support audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external compliance requirements
• Manage a team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams
• Ensure alignment to company policies and procedures
• Utilize tools like SAP, Excel (advanced), Power BI, and presentation tools to prepare dashboards, reports, PPT and MIS.
