Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking a Full-time Production Coordinator to manage daily production activities on-site in Sharjah. You will coordinate with cutters, tailors, and workers, review orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate invoicing and materials planning.

You will assist in design development and quality control, performing final inspections against specs and coordinating corrections. Training is provided; freshers welcome, salary AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of fashion, fabrics, measurements, and fitting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production and quality issues.
• Confident, assertive, and comfortable supervising workers, giving instructions, and addressing issues.
• Freshers welcome.
• A qualification in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with master cutters, tailors, and handworkers to manage daily production.
• Review customer orders, prepare order invoices with all measurements, customizations, and designer notes, and hand them over to the production team.
• Check fabric and material availability and prepare purchase lists for unavailable items.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, monitor workers' progress, and ensure instructions are followed and deadlines met.
• Assist with new design development by communicating designer specifications to the masters.
• Perform final quality checks on completed orders to ensure alignment with specifications and absence of defects.
• Maintain order records, track production progress, and prepare shipping waybills.
