Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced F&B professional to supervise daily restaurant, bar and F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction through strong leadership and standard adherence. The role involves team management, training, event support, cost control, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with hotels’ ESG and CSR objectives.

Fluent English is required, Russian language is a must, and a hospitality qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 24 years of experience in food and beverage service with at least 1 year supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of F&B service procedures and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in supervising the daily operations of restaurants, bars and other F&B outlets to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Management: Support the F&B Manager in scheduling training and supervising staff.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to obtain feedback, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Service Standards: Monitor service procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation and cost control measures.
• Training & Development: Help organize training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and service techniques.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets and promotional activities.
• Financial Oversight: Contribute to revenue generation by supporting upselling initiatives and monitoring sales performance.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure F&B operations comply with health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Administrative Tasks: Support preparation of reports, maintain records and assist with departmental communications.

Qualifications :

• Language: Russian Speaker is a MUST.

• Skills:
