Job summary

Raffles Dubai, part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Assistant Director People & Culture to support the leadership and implementation of the hotel’s People & Culture strategy while ensuring HR operations, colleague engagement and talent development. The role is highly visible, hands-on and focused on leadership and empowerment.

Lead the P&C team, drive capability building and translate strategy into action, fostering a luxury service culture across the property.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HRM or HRD.
CIPD Chartered Member (MCIPD) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years’ HR/P&C experience, preferably in luxury five-star hospitality or international luxury hotel group.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Director People & Culture / HR or equivalent senior P&C role.

Responsibilities

Lead P&C function as Deputy to the Director of People & Culture.
Translate P&C strategy into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters.
Coach managers on performance management, feedback and difficult conversations.
Design and deliver leadership, communication, service and people-management training.
Partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding and colleague experience.
Analyze P&C data and ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation.
