Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Drive group and business travel sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
