About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director Compensation & Benefits to join the resort’s Human Resources team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
Assist in the design and implementation of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
- Support the administration of annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage compensation and benefits budgets
- Evaluate and recommend benefits providers and negotiate service agreements
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and wellness programs
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in coordination with payroll teams
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits
- Develop and deliver employee communications and training related to compensation and benefits
- Generate and analyze reports on compensation trends, turnover, and workforce costs
- Support the Director in developing recognition and rewards programs
- Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP)
- In-depth knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
